Honduras recibe dos colombianos extraditados por narco

TEGUCIGALPA (AP) — Dos colombianos condenados por narcotráfico que se fugaron en el 2006 de un penal en Honduras, fueron entregados el miércoles a las autoridades después de ser extraditados desde Colombia.

Javier Martínez Araba, de 32 años, y Guillermo Polo Silva, de 34, llegaron al aeropuerto internacional de Tegucigalpa escoltados por tres agentes de la Policía Internacional.

Los colombianos se fugaron en el 2006 de la granja penal de El Porvenir, a unos 350 kilómetros al norte de Tegucigalpa.

Un tribunal los condenó a ambos en ausencia en el 2010 a cinco años en prisión por realizar actividades de narcotráfico en el país
